Cinemental_025 - w/ Walter Simonson (part two) - Castle Keep

In the second half of our film discussion with comics legend Walter Simonson, we dig into a really strange, but interesting film, "Castle Keep". It's true meaning will keep you thinking about it long after you've finished it. Burt Lancaster stars as a hardnosed WW2 officer struggling to keep his men in the right mind as they await an approaching German front. Holed up in a ancient, medieval castle the men are slowly finding ways to keep themselves occupied and some of them aren't what you'd expect in this truly unique film.
